Not at all! Many of our clients prefer to provide us with access while they’re away, and we always treat your home with the utmost respect and care. Whether you’re home or out, our goal is to make your life easier with as little disruption as possible.

  • Type of service (standard, deep clean, move-in/out, etc.)
  • Frequency of cleaning
  • Number of pets
  • Current condition of the space

Yes, we bring everything needed to get the job done right — including our own eco-friendly cleaning products, tools, and equipment. If you have specific products you’d like us to use, we’re happy to do so.

Absolutely! We offer flexible weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning services. Routine cleanings are a great way to keep your home consistently fresh and stress-free. We’ll work with you to find the schedule that fits your lifestyle best.

We understand that life happens! We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.  Given our commitment to you, we do not charge a late cancellation fee.
